Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their artwork.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Refunds will be issued after the returned artwork has been received and inspected.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
Because all artworks are original and unique, returns requested after the 3-day return period will not be accepted.
